Why did you become interested in your sport?
I was recovering from eating disorders and other health issues which are not gone but just under control, and saw a ms. fitness on espn. What I saw, I knew I could do and it was a goal.
Are there any other physical activities you enjoy to stay fit?
Inline skating, jogging, hiking, dancing, gymnastics, kickboxing.
Something someone wouldn't know about you:
I am a loner, when not working or working out I am with my dogs and partner.
How long have you been training?
over 10 years, always tried to be active, just had to battle health issues such as severe Chronic Bronchial Asthma and allergies.
What was your first show like?
Nerve racking, new and strange.....took me years to 'get' that there were so many odd politics and falsity in this sport. Now I work with it and expect it.
What do you like and dislike about competing?
The lack of fairness......but I life is all about favorites, who you know and politics as such so you do the best you can to find your niche in the mix.
What are your goals in the sport?
IFBB figure and fitness pro cards.
