Why did you become interested in your sport?
Anyone remember Debbie Kruck? Well, she is the one who first inspired me to start competing about 3 years ago. I have always been active all my life. My main focus was ballet, but I also ran track and played softball. I wasn't always built this way, but I guess Debbie recognized a diamond in the ruff! I find that my personal growth and achievements have been the most rewarding part and driving force of my training.
Are there any other physical activities you enjoy to stay fit?
I love to take my doggie for a rollerbade. I also enjoy bike riding, pilates and yoga.

What was your first show like?
Oh my goodness! I had absolutely no clue what I was doing! I was watching the girl in front of me trying to figure out how to do 1/4 turns on stage! I look back at it now and laugh but you wanna know a little secret... I turned around 2 weeks later and placed 3rd in Florida State.
What do you like and dislike about competing?
I love the fact that I have a goal to motivate me to stay fit and healthy. I also love that I get to make new friends at each competition. My only complaint is the time it takes for the stage tanner to dry! LOL
What are your goals in the sport?
I want to get my IFBB pro-card and gain recognition in the fitness community. Another goal is to hopefully get sponsors and see my pictures in fitness magazines.
